By accessing or using RivoPadel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RivoPadel is a platform for organising and participating in padel leagues, tracking match results, managing ratings, and connecting with other players and venues.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Submit false match scores or manipulate ratings.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g., profile information, messages). By submitting content, you grant RivoPadel a licence to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. League Management

League organisers are responsible for the fair administration of their leagues. RivoPadel provides tools for league management but does not guarantee the conduct of individual organisers or participants.

7. Intellectual Property

The RivoPadel name, logo, design, and software are the property of RivoPadel. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

RivoPadel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RivoPadel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
